藥物制劑新技術國家重點實驗室招聘信息
2007年12月經國家科學技術部批準，揚子江藥業(yè)集團有限公司正式組建藥物制劑新技術國家重點實驗室，該實驗室為國家首批企業(yè)重點實驗室之一，也是首批中唯一由制藥企業(yè)承建的重點實驗室藥物制劑新技術研究實驗室下設緩/控釋給藥系統(tǒng)技術平臺、微粒載藥給藥系統(tǒng)技術平臺、難溶藥物增溶技術平臺及制劑質量標準研究技術平臺，實驗室的研究方向及內容為：致力于緩/控釋給藥系統(tǒng),微粒載藥給藥系統(tǒng)及難溶藥物增溶技術平臺的應用基礎、制備技術與相關產品開發(fā)研究以及與之配套的質量控制研究及產業(yè)化研究。緩/控釋給藥系統(tǒng)將重點發(fā)展心腦血管類、內分泌類、抗生素類和胃腸道類藥物的緩/控釋制劑產品，并在定速釋放、定位釋放及定時釋放等三個方面取得創(chuàng)新成果。微粒載藥給藥系統(tǒng)重點開展抗腫瘤、營養(yǎng)藥、免疫治療藥等領域的乳劑、亞微乳、脂質體等創(chuàng)新產品研發(fā)，研究提高產品穩(wěn)定性、包封率、載藥量及復溶等關鍵技術，開展產業(yè)化研究，以實現(xiàn)工藝可行、質量可控、產品穩(wěn)定，解決載藥微粒制劑的產業(yè)化工藝及技術和設備的配套。計劃通過五年的建設，使重點實驗室在緩/控釋給藥系統(tǒng)、微粒載藥給藥系統(tǒng)的研究、生產及質量控制等方面達到國內領先、國際先進的水平，成為國內相關技術的推廣平臺，推動國內企業(yè)相關技術的整體發(fā)展和更新。

l 產品開發(fā) Product development
n 領導和管理2-3個研發(fā)小組應用制劑新技術（緩控釋或微粒載藥或難溶藥物增溶等）進行新產品的開發(fā)包括立項,配方工藝研發(fā)、放大、注冊及產業(yè)化 lead and manage 2-3 groups of scientists to apply advanced/novel technologies including solid oral modified release or micro/nano particle based drug delivery systems or solubility/bioavailability enhancement technologies for product development. The process will involve new product development proposal, formula and process development/optimization, scale-up, product registration and commercial manufacture.
n 為新產品開發(fā)評估第三方的制劑技術 Evaluate third party formulation/drug delivery technologies for new product development.
n 領導團隊與國內和國際的合作伙伴進行新產品開發(fā)或接受技術轉讓 lead the group to collaborate with domestic and international partners for product development or for technology transfer
n 負責組織新產品的注冊 responsible for new product registration
l 技術平臺的開發(fā)和建設 Platform Technology development
n 領導團隊制訂出制劑新技術平臺建設計劃并付諸實施.這些技術包括緩控釋或微粒載藥或難溶藥物增溶等 Lead groups to propose plans for platform technology development. Lead groups to implement the approved plans. These platform technologies include modified release, micro/nano particle based drug delivery systems and solubility/bioavailability enhancement technologies.
n 撰寫研究論文并在國內及國際的學術期刊上發(fā)表 write research papers and publish them in domestic and internal peer reviewed journals
n 在國內和國際會議上進行海報展出和會議演講 make posters and podium presentations at domestic and international conferences
n 撰寫與新技術相關的專利文件 write and file new technology related patents
